This weekend I completed the American Red Cross First Aid, AED, and CPR training conducted by the Focus Health Corporation. In their online training modules, I learned the proper protocol for different emergent situations like heart attacks, choking, drowning, bleeding, and more. Recently, I had the pleasure of being a guest speaker on the Mane Street Minute where my peer, Vicky Vivaldi, and my superior, India Wilkinson, dive deeper into the work we do for Mane Street Market (MSM) while managing our busy schedules. I love being a part of the team at MSM and look forward to continuing our growth!

Get comfortable being uncomfortable! I am terrified of heights but going skydiving was an incredible experience that I would have missed out on if I didn't push myself. Exploring the world and testing your limits not only changes your personal journey but also impacts your professional life! I feel like I am better able to handle stressful situations and remain focused on the task at hand. Skydiving taught me how to keep thinking and acting regardless of my situation.
